To The Hill-Joseph Co., Inc.

On June 26th, 1997, I purchased 18 Magazine Racks #920 from 
the above said store with a promise from Mr. Joseph that if, 
due to any reason, I will be unable to use these racks, I 
will be able to get 100% of all the money back.

I took the racks and fixed them in the store professionally,
but the landlord refused to let me have the magazines in
the store. I called Mr. Joseph and explained the situation.
I found him trustworthy and a man of his word when he asked
me to bring them back and pick up my money.

I returned all the racks. Some of them were not even in good 
shape, but he gave me all my money back. This was a wonderful 
deal and I cannot forget.
