Dear Mr. Joseph,
Let me start by apologizing for the delay you experienced
in receiving your final payment from us. Business has been
very difficult for us and the conditions in Jamaica are not
improving. Nonetheless we continue to try.
Your racks have proved to be well worth the investment. The
racks we bought from you were installed in two locations.
One of them carrying some 500 magazine titles, the widest
assortment in Jamaica.
The comments from customers and the improved sales,
particularly of lesser known titles, has been noticeable.
Once things are going better for us again we will be
ordering more racks and changing out some of the existing
systems we have.
Of course the only major drawback for us is the cost of
shipping and import duties we incur.
Is is good to see an organization that takes time out to
find out what customers think of their products.
Thank you.
Regards,
Andrew Rousseau
